Zoom meeting joining information

All of our virtual Finding It Tough? sessions are held using the Zoom platform. Zoom is user-friendly. To join your Finding It Tough? session, all you need to do is click on the link you have been sent in your email invitation.

If you have not used Zoom before, please plan on connecting to your call 5–10 minutes prior to its start time to help with the first-time process. (You do not need a Zoom account to join the session. You can simply select the ‘join from your browser’ option).

Helpful tip: When you click the Zoom link to join the call from your computer, click on the green ‘join with computer audio’ box. You will then see a box with three icons: join audio, share, invite others. Under join audio, it will say Computer Audio Connected.

In the lower left-hand corner, you will see a microphone icon and video icon. When you click these, they will toggle your sound on or mute, or video on or off.
